  • Maintaining the Proper Diet
    To prevent diabetes, maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding sugar and processed food is a must. Being overweight and not maintain a proper diet is one of the biggest risk factors for type-2 diabetes. If you already suffer from diabetes your diet becomes more restricted the best course of action would be to consult a nutritionist.
  • Get Better Sleep
    Sleep deprivation can impact glucose levels in the body. The lack of sleep can affect the hormones in our bodies including the insulin hormone by promoting insulin resistance, a precursor to diabetes.
